Refund policy

 

 

Shop: Select items* returned in-store within 24 hours of purchase in original packaging, tags on, and in original condition can be refunded to the original form of payment. After 24 hours all items are final sale. 

Special order and custom order furniture: Once an order is confirmed it cannot be canceled. All special orders and custom furniture orders are final sale. Please make sure to double-check all measurements of your space and access points to your space. We will not accept returns because a piece cannot fit through doorways. Please also request fabric and finish samples if necessary, colors on computer screens may not be accurately represented. The finishes of handmade furniture have variations due to the nature of the materials being used. Slight variation is not considered a reason for return. 

Damages
: If your item arrives damaged you must tell us within 24 hours of delivery. If the item is visibly damaged you can refuse the shipment or contact us while the delivery person is still present. Once you sign for a delivery you ONLY HAVE 24 hours to report damage so please open and inspect it right away. Most of our vendors will not accept damage claims after 24 hours. Westpark Home is not responsible for damages that occur in transit or after the delivery and installation of the item. We will always try to help you resolve any issues that arise but the responsibility of care lies in the purchaser and the 

*All custom orders, sale items, furniture, original artwork, books, and certain lighting are final sale and cannot be returned.

**All items must be in new, unused condition with any tags still attached and packing intact. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered in any way may not be accepted and will be refused.
