Shipping policy

All in stock items are shipped from San Anselmo, California by UPS. All custom or special items are shipped by a third party. Orders with in-stock inventory will be fulfilled within 5-7 business days (excluding holidays). Please note, increased shipping volume or inclement weather is out of our control. Shipping rates are calculated based on the original retail price/full order value. Please allow 2-4 business days to process your order before receiving tracking information. In-store pickup is available for a majority of our items and is dependent upon stock availability. We offer store pick-up by appointment only, you can find our scheduler here. In-store pickup will be at 217 San Anselmo, CA  94960


If you are interested in local delivery, please select in-store pick-up and then contact us after checkout for a quote.


For furniture shipping, we charge a flat rate for delivery within the contiguous United States. We will contact you to find out if there are any special conditions that may affect the cost of delivery (stairs, elevators, remote locations, etc). Westpark Home contracts a third-party delivery service for all furniture orders and bears no responsibility for damages, delays, or other incidents that take place in the delivery process.


Furniture shipping delays are very common in our current climate. We will do our best to update you on any delays as they are communicated to us by our vendors. If you have a deadline to receive your furniture, please let us know in advance as the lead times listed on the product page may not be up to date. Once an order is confirmed we cannot cancel for any reason, including delays.
